These terms describe the current MVP usage expectations for SkipSilence and are written to match the product as it exists today.

Permitted use

You may use SkipSilence to upload and process media you are authorized to handle. You are responsible for the content you submit through the product.

Access limitations

Anonymous access is currently limited. Signed-in access uses the current authenticated workflow and protected job ownership rules.

Service status

SkipSilence is an evolving product. Features, access rules, and availability may change as the service develops.

Abuse and misuse

You may not use SkipSilence to abuse the service, interfere with other users, or upload content you are not authorized to process.

No broad warranty claim

The current MVP should not be interpreted as a guaranteed always-available enterprise platform. Use of the service is subject to the product's current operational limits.
